I enjoyed reading Take One above the line series and the other series I have read. Take One in particular gave me strength and made me have more faith in the power of prayer. Cole's way of looking at prayer (PUSH) gave me a lot of encouragement. Good work Karen. I look forward to reading Take Two up to Take Four. Hope I get it from my library.

I loved these books, and like Abbie (the review before this one) said, there is quite a bit about the Baxter family in these that intrigued me so I am now finishing the 3rd Baxter series! Abbie- in answer to your question, timewise the Above the Line books take place after the Baxter books, and I wish I had known that and read them in order because yes, quite a bit about the Baxter family is revealed in the Above the Line books, and it takes away a lot of the suspense in now reading the Baxter books.

To Karen: Thanks for putting Biblical perspective on modern day situations. I can't even tell you how many times something in my life has mirrored a situation in your books. For example, our neighbor's son recently drowned and they told the parents there was absolutely no hope. This happened about a month after I read Hailey's story in the Baxter books, Because of your books, I had so much hope and faith in praying for this little boy, and as of today, he is miraculously home and his parents have turned to the Lord!

Hey, Karen. I for one have read many of your books, and I am officially "hooked." I also knew my mom was addicted when she came up to me hazy eyed this morning and told me she had stayed up until one that last night reading Redemption. :) haha. I started Take One, until I ran into a problem. I found out something that would later be revealed in the rest of the Redemption series, concerning Ashely and Landon (you know what i mean :) anyway I decided to stop reading Take One in fear that it would give away more information on the later books of the Redemption series that I didn't find out about yet. Is the Above the Line series meant to be read after you finish the Redemption series? Thanks anyone who wants to answer! :)

I really have enjoyed the above the line series. I sometimes feel far away from God and these characters help me feel closer. I just wish they were real people. Anyway, I love reading about Baliey and Andi. Andi's struggles help me feel connected to the book because, they remind me of my own struggles as a teen. They also scare because, I have a daughter of my own and I pray that she will grow into a strong Christian (she is only 3 months old), but I worry about her future and how she will be as a teen.

I just finished reading Take one, Take Two, and Take Three; they were amazing. I could not wait to finish one book to start the other ones. Can't hardly wait for Take Four.

Take One has a special place in my heart. I can't tell you how much it has meant to me this past month. I am an anspiring film maker, so Keith and Chase's experiences have served as a reminder to me, that the road won't be easy but God will be with me. God Bless you Karen Kingsbury...

I just finished this book this morning and I am eager to start the next one. As a mom, I wanted to incourage Andi to not go in the direction of the world to see what it was like, but to stay true to God. I know that she will find her way back and will have a stronger walk. I could not stop thinking about the child that said they had to PUSH. We all need to PUSH!
