A Thousand Tomorrows is a book I thought would be an ordinary book, but I was wrong, so wrong. It's a part of Karen's Life-Changing Fiction and it touched my heart.

In the story we follow Cody - abandoned by his father - he lives a life of rage, a life with very little love.

( And I can understand him, I sometimes feel like that and I think many others do too).

Like those times when you are let down by someone you love extremely much. Let down by someone you look up to. You feel so disappointed and angry and you blame yourself and your surroundings for the hurt they have caused you.

It's the same way for Cody. But along the way he finds peace, redemtion and love all through his though losses and heart-breaks - he moves forward.

In this story you are reminded that every day is precious, carpe diem, and that it's not always, that you have a thousands tomorrows. But the tomorrows you have... every day is a miracle.

Karen Kingsbury described it all so well, I cried during the whole book and I can't do anything else but recommend this novel. Life-Changing Fiction; a reminder to cherish your loved ones and to treasure every day that has been given to you.

God bless you!

This book was given to me for my birthday. I could hardly put it down, like all of Karen's books. This story line captured my heart and attention, because of the rodeo setting, which I grew up with. It was an extremely touching story. Thank you again, Karen, for another wonderful book.

Thank you Karen for such a beautiful book. I couldn't put it down and cried all the way through it. Tears of joy and heartbreak. I have a beautiful little granddaughter with cystic fibrosis. I am truly blessed and thankful for each day she is with us. Thanks for letting your readers be aware of this devestating disease.

This was the best book I have ever read. As a Cystic Fibrosis kadulte myself it was nice to read something that had not only facts to the fiction, but you could tell Karen had done her research. Althought A Thousand Tomorrows has a tragic ending, the in between gives you a feeling and a true since of love. You can tell God blessed this women with a gift that not many have or share.

When I was in elementary school, I knew a little girl with CF. She was a lovable girl, too young to die. She stopped coming to school, and I was told much later, that she had passed away. My parents thought that by, not telling me, I would be saved from the sadness. This book caused me to cry, to weep, to fall on my pillow yearning for the many families that deal with this illness. Praise God that He is there to provide love and support to those who are hurting. Thank you Karen, for writing such an eloquent book about true love and how illness often plays a part in our lives.

This was the second book of Karen Kingsbury I read (I had a German translation of it) and I think it is the best book ever!! It was hard to put it down and I cried a lot during the last few chapters. I got very excited when I found out that this book will be made into a movie and I hope with all my heart that I will get the chance to see it here in Germany.
