It is amazing how Karen does not rush things to happen in this book. I was dying for Dayne to find Jesus and for John Baxter to Find Dayne. I waited and was almost getting sick of waiting. The best part was when Dayne knelt down to receive Jesus, my faith was practically revitalised as I knelt with him. Praise God for the gift of Karen to us all!

I finished Found yesterday and I was sorry that I have to wait to get the next book from the library. Your books are popular and I have to wait in line for someone to finish so that I can read the next one. I have read other books that you have written and I have not been disappointed. You have a style of writing that just pulls the reader into the book with the characters.July 2007

I have just read the first 3 books over this past Easter week-end. What a way to celebrate the glorious love of our God and His Son, Jesus our Lord. I shall be starting the 4th book today and can't wait. Thank you Karen for your beautiful words.

This book moved me in a way that I cannot express. I have been reading Karen's books since last May, and I absolutely fly through them. Being an adoptee myself, I completely related to the issues involving adoption search and reunion that were present in this book. I could also relate because I, too, have experienced a reunion with my birth family. I cried tears of joy and frustration right along with the characters. Anyone who has experienced adoption as an adoptee, adoptive parent, or birth parent will really enjoy this book, although it is very applicable to anyone who has an interest in family loss and re-birth.

Once I got to the third book of this "First Born" series, I stopped everything else in the house. I didn't stop to eat, clean house, nothing. I couldn't put this book down. With tears pouring out of my eyes as each page I turned, I 'was in the book' as a character myself. I found myself placing the opened book on my lap and praying for each and every family member. Okay I know this is fiction, but once you start getting involved with this wonderful family, you will become one of them, you will immerse yourself inside each page, each word, and you will find yourself praying for them. Believe me!! This series is a must read! I can't wait to start the next book of the series. Thank you Karen Kingsbury for showing us all of God's Glories in each and every word you write.

"Found" is the first book I've read by Karen Kingsbury. I was pleasantly suprised to read the Christianity that was woven throughout this story. My son-in-law has been without fulltime employment for three years - in Michigan - as a licensed electrician. One night I began praying harder than ever that he finds employment,  for the sake of my daughter and their two children. I even emailed my daughter to say, "even though she has been praying, let's all pray and leave out any speck of DOUBT". Two days later, I learned he might have a temporary full-time job as an electrician in West Virgina. So, I am thrilled I read "Found" because it put my Faith up a notch and into PRACTICE! Thank you.
