Sunset Reader Reviews

WOW! I really loved the whole Baxter Series!!! And like many others have stated, I feel like I know all the characters personally. And I might add, love them & can relate to many of their situations. It is so refreshing to read about Christians loving, praying, believing, trusting, listening to God, caring and even stumbling at times. Your characters are so real to life! With the last book, "Sunset" I found myself putting off reading it because I really didn't want it to end..does that make any sense? I love how you weave it all together without leaving any loose ends. I have read your notes at the end of each book and can understand that you don't want the end to come! Karen, you are such a gifted writer, and such a blessing and a light to us in a world that seems to thrive on darkness, fear and hatred. Thanks for your faithfulness. I love your heart for our God that is so evident in your writing!

Karen's series books about the Baxter family are so good; I feel like I know the characters personally. Please continue this series endlessly. Will there be another book, continuing this series after, Book 14 - Sunset?' If so, what will be the name? series name? and most of all, when will it be available to read - printed and in libraries?

Thank You, Thank you, Thank you so very much for giving us an insight to the Baxter Family! The love, passion, forgiveness and understanding that this family shares can really show how a true believing family should be! PLEASE continue with the Baxters in some fashion! Maybe when the kids are a little older :) Thanks again!!

The Baxter family series is so much of a blessing, reminding me of forgiveness, love and not giving up. There were scripture passages that went well with certain situation. It has taught me how to "listen for God". Ashley was a lovely character. I'm on my last book "Sunset" and wish it wouldn't stop here. Thank you Karen, for the inspiration.

I love Karen's series about the Baxters!!! I'm a freshmen in high school and I've been reading about the Baxters and the Flanigins for around 2-3 years. From the moment I read the first book in the Firstborn series I was hooked! I never wanted to put the books down! I wish Karen would start a series about the Flanigins!!! I'm just dieing waiting to find out about Bailey and Cody!!! I'm praying she writes atleast one book about the them!!!! I would be the first in line to get that book! Karen's book are amazing, she is truely annointed by God to write these book!!! God bless her and her family. (if anyone knows if Karen is going to write a book about Bailey and Cody, or about the whole Flanigin family please let me know! Thanks!

When I finished this last of a series...I couldn't believe it was really over. Many of my friends and I have fought over who would get the next book first.Once again Karen has gone overboard on making the Baxters come to lift for so many of us who have faithfuly followed this amazine story. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Loved it but we dont need to say good bye to the Baxters do we. I loved the whole series about the Baxters, it showed that even with the best of intentions we all make mistakes. And with Gods forgiveness we can make it.

I am a freshman in high school, and have read many books in my life. Karen Kingsbury is the best author and this is by far her best series. I love reading about and watching the love grow between Katy and Dayne especially, and this is the happy ending I always hoped they would have. You will not be dissapointed with this book - a 100% garuntee.
