I absolutely loved this book! & I love how it's mentioned in the Bailey Flanigan series with her and Brandon Paul acting.

I loved this book. I just want there to be a sequel to it where the prince & princess live happily ever after together.

Just finished reading Unocked (in one afternoon and evening!) and I thought it was a fabulous story! I am a music teacher and have worked with several autistic students during my career. I have often found that music holds a special connection for many of these children. This book is a lovely expression of the power of God's love, friendship, and music.

I just finished reading this book today and I enjoyed your letter at the end of the book. This is the first book I've read by Karen Kingsbury and it was fantastic. I now know why everyone loves her so much. Her writing style is so smooth and you feel like you are right there with the action and friendships that are going on. This is a must-read for people - especially those in the school systems - to know how much bullying does go on and that the special needs kids are a remarkable group - and they can teach us much about love and compassion. Thanks for the book! I so thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have a grandson who was diagnosed with Azbergers syndrome in Jr. High School. He now is 21. It took yers of him being "different" until his parents found his diagnosis.  He completed HS and graduated. He struggled a lot with bullies. So I related a lot to Holden in this book. I cried in several places. Your writing inspires me and hope it does others who are involved with children with autism.

I just finished this book Unlocked. I just connected today that is was mentioned in a previous book I have read in the Bailey Flanigan Series. I was so excited over all this. I loved this book. Best ever I have read. You can set and read and be right there, you can laugh, cry, and pray right along with Holden Harris the kid in the book. God bless Karen for this book. It will reach a lot of souls.

It's 3:20 a.m., ET, and I just finished Unlocked. Wow! Our family can so relate. Our 17 year-old was misdiagnosed at age 4 and it wasn't until he was 11 or 12 that we got his Autism diagnosis. Atypical Autism to be exact. So we got a late start on the 'tried & trues' of reaching him, and amazingly enough, when we started doing the correct things, others began to see changes. We tend to get the credit, but we know and truly believe that God has a plan for him and he was created for a purpose by God and that we aren't worthy of asking why, or what, or any of the other "w's with how". We have to keep the faith and live moment by moment. We've always been open and honest with him which leads to some interesting questions that just keep coming, but it's not a problem, because he's communicative and we're not complaining. I've raved about this book to my husband so much (while reading it) that he's been asking me to hurry and finish so he can read it. Thank you for so lovingly sharing our world with others. :)

I absolutly adored the book "Unlocked" you see I took care of an autistic young boy for about 2 years and he was my life. I was about 15 at the time and he was 6. I practically raised him for those 2 years he lived with us and I became really interested in the world of Autism. I really love working with special needs kids. Thank you Karen!!!! Your book made me love them even more :)

Listening to "Unlocked" on audiobook! It's captivating. Thank you for writing this! Holden Harris is a wonderful character. It's so valuable to experience the story of a community battling autism, family disfunction, bullying and other surprising and dramatic themes you've woven into the fabric of this lovely piece of work. May the Lord bless you and your family.
