PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES CAREFULLY. This Privacy Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy practices of LCF, Inc., a Tennessee company (collectively, “We” “Us” or the “Company”).

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the website located at www.karenkingsbury.com.com, your use of any affiliated third party websites that may contain a link to this Privacy Policy, or to any pages, facilities, services, or capabilities accessible and collectively herein after referred to as the Sites (the “Sites”).

This Privacy Policy shall apply strictly to information collected in the United States, and the use of the Sites and offerings described below and is restricted to end users based in the United States of America. In the event the Company expands its offerings outside of the United States the Company may provide a modified version of the Privacy Policy to end users to conform to applicable international data protection and privacy laws.

This Privacy Policy describes how We treat your use of the Sites and when you engage with us to obtain information about Karen Kingsbury, individually, the Company, purchase tickets to our events, subscribe to our fan mailing list, download videos from our Sites, connect and engage with us via social media sites like Facebook, Instragram and Youtube and when you order items from our Sites like publications or videos through our third party service providers like Amazon as an example. This Privacy Policy provides information on the collection, storage, transfer, sharing and handling of your personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”) and your non-personally identifiable information (“Non Personally Identifiable Information” or “NPII”) when you utilize the Sites for the purposes described above in this paragraph.

CHANGES OR UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to revise or update this Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by those revisions or updates through your continued use of the Sites. We will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by posting the revised or updated Privacy Policy and its “Last Modified” date on the Sites.
